Moments before the big event...
October 10th marked the wedding of Kim Sicurella and Todd Barnes. Kim and Todd wed at the Kittle House in Chappaqua, New York just north of New York City.

What's a party without an entourage?
The groom and his brother Brad are filmmakers and the bride is a makeup artist, which means a few things: built-in videographers, and a wedding party looking for fun!

Bride and groom, first dance as husband and wife.
The ceremony took place outside, literally as the sun set, overlooking the garden outside the Kittle House. The reception featured music by BOK-Music, and a surprise rendition of “My Way” that Todd and Brad’s father had recorded sometime in the ’80’s, digitally remastered for the occasion.

Ready, aim, FIRE!
We’ve seen a lot of fun wedding receptions at Dave Cross Photography, but this was the first time we’ve seen a groom-shaped piñata set out for the bride to whack!

Hit the bride! Hit the bride! ... wait ... what?
And what’s good for the goose is good for the gander… so we weren’t surprised when the bride-shaped piñata made an appearance too!
All in all, it was a heartfelt event, with laughter, tears, and many memories.
Congratulations to Kim and Todd!

Dave Cross you are amazing!!!! I love, love, love the photos from my wedding. Thank you for capturing every moment and blending in with such a crazy crowd. You were so smooth, people asked me if you were the fourth groomsman. You do fit in perfect with our family. Thank you for getting down and dirty for my wedding, literally! How you got that shot of me in the reflection of a puddle was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! You are truly talented and your assistant Nick was the perfect sidekick. I love you guys!! Thanks again! Always, Kim
