Wedding Photography Mistake #8 – Forgetting the Details
Nothing can be quite as devastating as missing a piece of the wedding… and not just important moments, but important items too. If you are wearing your grandmother’s heirloom jewelry, or you want a photo of your invitation and wedding rings, don’t forget to let the photographer know!
Tip: A good photographer will ask in advance, but never count on it! Just as you made a list of people you want photographed, think about spending a few minutes to decide what other elements are important to photograph–did your sister make special wedding favors? Spiritual or emotionally important heirlooms you’re carrying with you?
Bring an extra invitation, just in case, and try to keep those special elements easily accessible… it’s easy to forget something if things are kept in separate places.
